Payment TOP

We are currently set up to receive all credit card payments via credit card, Google Checkout, and PayPal. Rest assured each payment system is safe and secure, and we will never share your information with an outside source.

We are also happy to accept personal checks, however your order will not be processed until we have received payment and the check has cleared. Please contact us if you would like to mail a personal check to Luxury Baby Nursery.

Shipping TOP

Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout. All bedding orders ship free of charge; simply enter code BEDDING at checkout.

At this time we primarly ship domestic orders, however, we can ship select items internationally. If you are interested in receiving a quote on international shipping costs, please contact us prior to making your purchase so we can provide an estimate on international shipping fees. Please note: our standard shipping times are for domestic orders only. Please contact us prior to placing an international order so we can provide an estimated delivery date in order to meet your expectations.

The standard shipping time for most of our items is 2-4 weeks. Many items ship much sooner, but we request 2-4 weeks to ensure your satisfaction. If a product has a shipping time beyond 4 weeks this will be noted in the product description. Additionally, we will contact you via email once your order is placed to confirm you are prepared for a longer shipping period (typically 6 weeks for items such as bedding, which is made to order).

If you need to receive an order via rush delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm we can meet your expectations.

Return Policy TOP

Nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this time.

All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Luxury Baby Nursery prior to returning a product. Please contact us to authorize a return or exchange. Orders which are returned without prior authorization will not be refunded. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and, refunds which are approved for any reason except for damage are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Items which are considered acceptable for an exchange include defective pieces (such as broken glass). If you receive a damaged good, please keep it in its original packaging. Once we are notified of such an occurance, we will promptly contact the product designer to have a replacement shipped immediately. All returned merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed, smoke-free, and in its original packaging.

Personalized items may not be returned for a refund. This includes made-to-order bedding, Nollie Covers, made-to-order baby bling, and personalized furniture. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of its receipt and we will quickly work with you to send a replacement product.

Your satisfaction is critical to us, and we will make every effort to work with you to keep you a happy "friend" for life!

This is an easy question to answer! Occasionally, our larger product images consume too much space on our server; sometimes this makes our larger images impossible to load (occasionally, we can let a larger image slide by, but once it's uploaded our site is horribly slow to load - this can be very frustrating for consumers trying to browse our site). We can easily email you alternate views of most products (in particular, pieces from our luxury furniture and boutique bedding collections). To see alternate views of a product, simply contact us with your request and provide an email address for us to send the images to you; your inquiry will be answered within 24 hours.
