Shipping & Returns

Shipping
Shipping is calculated at the time of checkout.  All bedding orders ship free of charge as do most orders over $99.00 (this excludes freight and international orders)
 
At this time we primarly ship domestic orders, however, we can ship select items internationally.  If you are interested in receiving a quote on international shipping costs, please contact us prior to making your purchase so we can provide an estimate on international shipping fees.  Please note: our standard shipping times are for domestic orders only.  Please contact us prior to placing an international order so we can provide an estimated delivery date in order to meet your expectations.

The standard shipping time for many of our items is 2-4 weeks.  Most crib bedding orders require 4-6 weeks for shipping, and, the estimated shipping times for most furnishings is 6-8 weeks.  Infant seat covers may take up to 7 weeks for delivery, based on the custom nature of the design.  Please note that these times provided to not reflect your order's delivery date; they are your order's estimated shipping date.  If we anticipate a delay in your order's shipment that exceeds these outlined timeframes we will notify you via email to give you the option of cancelling your order or proceeding with the anticipated shipping date.
 
If you need to receive an order via rush delivery, please contact us prior to placing your order.
 
Order Cancellation
All order cancellations must be received within 24 hours of your order's placement date.  No refunds will be given after this time unless an item has a delayed shipping time which extends beyond our standard shipping times indicated below.  Luxury Baby Nursery reserves the right to cancel an order or refuse service to anyone at any time.
 
Return Policy
Nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.  No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this time.
 
All returns or exchanges must be authorized by Luxury Baby Nursery prior to returning a product.  Please contact us to authorize a return or exchange.  Orders which are returned without prior authorization will not be refunded.  Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and, refunds which are approved for any reason except for damage are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
 
Custom Orders
Custom orders are not refundable, and, all sales on custom orders are final.  Items which are considered non-refundable include:
  • Made to order crib bedding: This includes bedding that is made upon receipt of your order as well as bedding that has been customized per your specifications.  In general, most of our crib bedding collections are not refundable, and as such, we highly suggest requesting a fabric sample of the crib bedding set(s) which interest you prior to placing your order to ensure we meet your expectations.
  • Made to order furniture: Our custom furnishings, including Newport Cottages and Relics Furniture, are handpainted according to your color specifiations and are non-refundable.  If you are unsure of your color selection(s) please email us for a paint chip and we will gladly send you one prior to your purchase.
  • Any personalized items:  Any item which has been personalized with a name, message, etc. is not eligible for a refund. 
  • Handpainted decor: All of our handpainted wall art and decorative accessories are non-refundable.  These items are made upon receipt of your order and often according to your specifications, and therefore, are not eligible for a refund.
  • Monogrammed rugs/Rugs designed according to your color specifications: Our monogrammed rugs and rugs that have been designed according to your color specifications are non-refundable.  Samples of our rugs are available for you to review to ensure your satisfaction with the color(s) you are selecting for your rug design.
  • Lighting/Lamp shades that are made upon receipt of your order: Almost all of our children's lighting, lamp shades, night lights, etc., are custom made upon receipt of your order and are not eligible for a refund.  We are happy to provide fabric samples of lamp shades you are considering to make sure you are satisfied with your color(s) selection, and, we will try to email you more images of our children's lighting upon request prior to making your purchase.
  • Infant/Toddler carseat covers: Our infant and toddler carseat covers are custom made upon receipt of your order, and, they are designed to fit the carseat model specified at the time of checkout.  As such, all sales on our carseat covers are non-refundable.
  • Children's clothing/Bling: Almost all of our children's clothing and bling items are custom made upon receipt of your order per your specifications such as sizing, etc., and are not refundable. 
In general, the majority of our items are custom-made and not returnable.  If you have any doubts about your purchase and would like to know if you can return it prior to making your purchase, please email us and we will gladly answer any questions you may have.
